What paper and inks do you print on?
All prints are produced on 200gsm enhanced uncoated fine art paper using a 12-colour pigment ink set. The uncoated surface has a soft matte finish that suits painterly work, and pigment inks resist fading far longer than dye-based printing.
What sizes are available?
Prints come in A4 (21 × 30 cm / 8.3 × 11.7 in), A3 (30 × 42 cm / 11.7 × 16.5 in), and A2 (42 × 60 cm / 16.5 × 23.6 in). These are international standard sizes, so off-the-shelf frames from IKEA, Desenio, or any local framer fit exactly — no custom framing needed.
Is framing included?
No — prints are sold unframed. Because they use standard A-series dimensions, any A4, A3, or A2 frame works perfectly. White or natural wood frames tend to complement the prints best, but that's entirely your call.
How long does shipping take?
Prints are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–10 business days.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Prints are made by professional printing partners in several countries, so your order is printed and shipped as close to you as possible. This keeps delivery times short and reduces the environmental footprint of every order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $75. For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return a print?
Because every print is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort it out — replacement or full refund.
My print arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please take a photo of the damage and the packaging, then contact us through the contact page. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We aim to respond within one business day.
Are prints limited edition or open edition?
All current prints are open edition unless specifically marked otherwise. This means there's no artificial scarcity — if you love a print, it'll be available. If a print is ever retired or made into a limited run, it will be clearly labeled.
Can I order a custom size or commission a piece?
Custom sizes aren't currently available through the shop. For commission inquiries, use the contact page — though availability is limited.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods offered at Stripe checkout. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
